2025 HHS Poverty Levels Updates! The exceptions appearing on the Unified calculator are now based on the 2024 HHS Poverty Levels released in early January of 2024. You can see the new table at the HHS website.
2024 Legislative Updates! The calculators did not require changing as a result of the 2024 General Assembly. Wording in a couple of statutes changed and is reflected in Statutes and Resources. The site has been updated effective July 1, 2024.
